Aminordin Bin Omar’s extensive career accumulated sixteen years as a Workshop Engineer in Singapore Airlines Private Limited and seven years as Trainer with Service Quality Centre (SQC). “Partnership in Service Excellence” and “Human Factors and Error Management” were his signature and customized programme for SIA Engineering Company Private Limited.
His financial literacy programmes include interactive “Boost Your Financial Intelligence” based on “Cashflow Board Game”, Finance Module for the Marriage Preparatory Course in M.U.I.S (Islamic Religious Council of Singapore) and MoneySENSE under the auspices of M.A.S (Monetary Authority of Singapore) and C.D.C (Community Development Council).
As an independent facilitator, Aminordin delivered National Development Programme entitled C.R.E.S.T (Critical Enabling Skills Training) in Malay Language within the Mosques and Madrasahs (Religious Schools) and Singapore Prisons. Acting as FMCT.pro (Special Project) Director of an Approved Training Operator, he advised SkillsFuture’s Train The Trainer graduates on how to become Independent Free Lance Professional Trainers. In 29 Jul 2019, he qualified for WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA).
